We’ll schedule a call with you – intended to (i) introduce ourselves, (ii) go over the basic implementation process and (iii) answer any questions you have. While we’ll spend as much time as you want, we realize you’re busy and our goal is to keep it brief!
From there, your onboarding coach, will provide daily updates and be available via email or phone. Again, we are happy to spend as much or as little time on the phone – completely based on your needs and objectives. That said, most of the onboarding process can be done via brief emails (which we find most new clients prefer)
