While living in St John, USVI and interacting with many property managers, we found the vast majority had superior hospitality skills; however, we never found one that utilized both processes and technology effectively to maximize revenue, much less realize operational efficiencies for themselves (and ultimately benefit all stakeholders including homeowners and guests).
We believed we could fix this.
